Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasnita Ali

Dr. Hasnita Ali is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Undergraduate Programmes at UKM Qatar. She brings extensive international and regional experience, having worked in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Qatar, across both academic and corporate environments.

She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Management, specialising in Human Resource Management. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong global perspective shaped by her work and exposure in Malaysia, UK, and Qatar, where she has contributed to teaching, leadership, and institutional development.

With over 30 years of experience spanning academia and corporate leadership, Dr. Hasnita has taught and supervised students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her teaching areas include Human Resource Management, Business Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and International Business. Her research interests include family business and philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, organisational management, and community engagement, informed by her diverse working experience across Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Qatar.
